Accountability – Most people I have worked with, accountability was the most important reason for having a personal trainer. Accountability keeps clients from straying from the path to attain their goals.
Safety – I watch your form to ensure you are performing the exercises correctly. Improper form promotes muscle imbalances and compensation, increasing your chance of an injury. I will demonstrate, teach, and monitor proper form for all of the exercises in your tailored program.
Tailored Fitness Program - You are a unique individual. What may work for one client may not work for another. I will work with you to find the best exercises that fit you and your goals, then design a fitness program. I will modify your program based on your responses to the exercises and your progression.
Efficiency – I will keep you focus on results and stop wasting your time doing inefficient workouts. I will design the best possible workout for you so you can get maximum results in minimum time, whether your goal is improve daily functionality, strength endurance, or maximum strength training.
Confidence builder - I will introduce simple yet effective routines if you are new while conducting a more intense routine for more advance persons. Regardless, together, we will build your confidence and knowledge to know what is right for you.
Break Through Plateaus – I can develop an exercise routine to “break” through a plateau.
How do you know if I am the right personal trainer to help you?
I am different from other trainers because of my experiences. My knowledge comes from being a mother of three (12 years apart), with 24+ military experience, and who is in her mid-forties so I know the difficulty of maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle. I do not believe everyone is created to look a certain way but their own special type. I do believe that everyone can maintain wellness. What may work for one person may not work for another.
